Our Adult Karate classes provide you with a friendly, relaxed and well-structured atmosphere to practice and build on the foundations of karate.
As you continue with your Karate journey and progress in ability and rank you will be invited to join more advanced classes.
For our slightly older children and teenagers we work within the group structure with a focus on progress, rather than comparison.
Our kid’s karate program is ideal for children starting at 4-years old. We know that all children learn and develop at a different pace and our instructors individualise training for each student.
